Athlemixx

A high-concentration probiotic (100 billion live and active bacteria per sachet) which help to:

• Strengthen the intestinal microbiota
• Diversify the gut bacteria
• Foster the proper gut flora balance

Athlemixx^® contains Slab51^®, a specific mix of 8 bacterial strains and maltose. Red berry flavour. Allergen-free.

Athlemixx®  contains no substances registered as doping substances.

The 8 strains that make up Athlemixx® are identified and registered with the DSMZ institute in Germany.

Recommended daily dose

Initial phase (optimal colonisation)
3 sachets per day for 10 days, preferably 1 sachet in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 sachets in the evening before going to sleep

Maintenance phase
1 sachet per day for 30 days, in the evening before going to sleep.

When competing
The day before: 1 sachet in the morning and 2 sachets in the evening before going to sleep. The day of the competition: 3 sachets before or during the competition, dissolved in a beverage.

Athlemixx® can be taken for as long as necessary, daily or according to initial and maintenance phases, as needed and depending on the type of training.

How to take Athlemixx®

Dilute in non-carbonated water, cold or at room temperature, in a beverage during training or mixed in a compote.

Refrigerate. Athlemixx^® can be stored at room temperature for a week without altering its quality.
